Randi McFaul,
Physiotherapy Aid

Randi is in the process of completing her diploma in Kinesiology from Northwestern Polytechnic.

Randi has a whole list of certifications and training under her belt including:

  • Athletic Injury Management- SMCA

  • Group Fitness Classes- CanFit Pro

  • Hip & Pelvic anatomy, injuries, ailments, assessments, and exercises

  • 200 hour Yoga Teacher training

  • Prehab/Posthab: Integrating Yoga & Wellness

  • 300 hours of athletic therapy, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, myofascial release

Fitness has always been apart of Randi's life. Since learning to play hockey and skating at only 2 years thanks to her athlete parents, she has been continuously inspired to understand the mid-body connection. Randi find the interconnectedness fascinating and it has driven her journey.

Randi's one piece of advice is to trust the process and be patient- to be good at something takes a lot of time and nurturing!

Outside of the clinic Randi spends her time being a dedicated wife, and mother of four children ages 17, 15, 14, and 11 (3 girls and 1 boy!) with one graduating this spring. She's often found cheering her kids on in their various sports, or out hiking, camping, walking, reading or having lunch with her friends. She can't wait to return to her active lifestyle after completing her studies and contintuing obstacle and running races!
